You can now complete and sign Journey Quest’s waivers and health forms securely using any computer, tablet, or smartphone! Completing your forms in advance will expedite your check-in when you arrive at Journey Quest and help ensure that your information is entered accurately.
Once your reservation is made, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to sign your waiver online. If you are part of a group and have not received this link, please contact your group leader. If you have a reservation but do not have the email confirmation, click here to sign your waiver.
Already signed our printed forms? Journey Quest will still accept the printed forms this summer. Just be sure to bring them with you when you come! Of course, you’re still welcome to complete the electronic version if you’d like to expedite your check-in. Printable Forms.
Can I sign when I arrive? Yes, there are tablets available for you to sign on-site at our headquarters, but we recommend signing in advance if you can do so.
I’m the group leader. How can I see who has signed? Click the waiver signing link that was sent in your confirmation email, then log-in using the ezWaiver username and password you created. From the My Summary page, click the reservation name for the reservation you’d like to manage.
